In all of creation, humans are the only creatures which are said to be made "in God's image."  He designed us as spiritual beings; He gave us intellects; He made us relational.  He gave us many of His attributes.  His work in us is not finished, however.  Since He desires to spend all of eternity loving us, He wishes to make us more lovable.  He wishes to make us more like Christ.

There is no more exciting adventure or fulfilling challenge than that of a lifelong pursuit of becoming like Christ. CrossPoint stands poised to lead you to a deeper and growing faith.

The Bible tells us that Jesus' disciples "devoted themselves to His teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer" (Acts 2:42). Those who knew Jesus continued to learn, to teach, to pray and to mentor one another so that their faith would take root and grow to maturity.

SECOND BASE 201:  CrossPoint is a purpose driven church.  Maturity is the second of the 5 purposes that we teach from scripture.  Our Grand Slam classes are taught every other month.  We teach you from scripture on one purpose per meeting.  It is the goal of CrossPoint to mature the saints of God.

The Maturity lesson will teach you about habits that must be broken and Godly habits that must be established.  This is an intriguing study of God's word that will give you practical tools for personal grow in the Lord.
