Assist the teacher to make sure the meeting room is set up (ie, tables, chairs, TV/VCR if needed) for the gathering.  Help make phone calls to invite, check on those missing for needs and greeting those who attend. Ministry Commitment Normally, 3 hours per week which includes the Bible study.
