The heart of CrossPoint is to see Jesus meet the needs of people.  The altar worker must have a desire to reach out to others and point them to Jesus as their helper.  As people come to the altar they bring many different needs.  The altar worker should be able to present the gospel for salvation, pray for the sick, and be sensitive to a person's need to get the help they need.
