The Outreach Leader oversees the Care Leaders in the Sunday School Class.  This is the "front line" ministry in each Sunday School class.  The Outreach Leader will follow up with the CL to make sure they contact all of the Sunday School class members.  Either the Outreach Leader or his/her designate will arrange fellowships outside the classroom with evangelism in mind.
