God has blessed CrossPoint with wonderful believers who are interested in growing in the knowledge of Jesus Christ.  We have learned the importance of studying God's Word as a lifeline to maturity and a lifeline to facing life's many situations each day.  Since God has entrusted CrossPoint with many members and attenders, we understand the importance of connecting people into a small group.

Acts 2:42-47 plainly instructs us on two powerful dynamics of growth that governed the early church.  The first dynamic was all of the believers met together in the temple for corporate worship.  This was a time for the Pastor to instruct, share vision, correct and encourage the entire church as one large group.  The idea of everyone being together regularly was (and is) a very needed part of a believer's walk with Christ.  The Scripture says that we should Not forsake the assembling of ourselves together (Hebrews 10:25).  The Second dynamic was they formed small groups and met in houses.  This direction is for a smaller group to assemble in order to have further bible study focused on aplying the teaching to everyday life and to build relationship with one another.  Probably the most neglected part of this scripture is the second dynamic.  At CrossPoint , we believe you need to be connected into a small group so you can grow in a healthy Biblical lifestyle with others.
