I praise God daily for the miracles He has worked in my life and my children's. And I thank Him for my family at Cross Point. God Bless every one.
Three years ago I was an alcholic, I sttod before a congrigation in Alabama City and asked GOD to take the taste of alchohol from me. Since that time I have not had a drink,and I thank GOD everyday for helping me. P.T.L Currently I live in Sunrise Florida and I am being tempted everyday by satan, but he can never have me as I have turned my life over to GOD and shall stand firm with HIM at my side.
Praise God! As an ole country boy would shout "Ain't God Good!!"
To think about the how God never changes. The God who spoke this world into existance, with all it's detail and substains it every minute of every hour of every day, is the same God that knows even the number of hairs on my head!!
In Hosea 14, the children of Israel had drifted away from their relationship with God. God "drew" them back by telling them He would give healing to their backsliding, He would be as dew to Israel and he shall grow as the lily!, His branches shall spread and his beauty shall be as the olive tree and his smell as Lebanon.
He goes on to promise that they will revive as the corn and grow as the vine!
The same God who sought out a backslid ppl is the same God today that desires to have a personal relationship with me!!
His plea in Hosea was that they would return unto the Lord. When we're away for God, as a parent hurts when our children drift from us, God desires our return as well.
God is so good, so lovingly gentle and gracious to us. God is good all the time, all the time God is good!!
Take the time today, tell Him you love Him and praise Him, for He is worthy of our praise and worship.
We are SO very thankful for the safe arrival of our 5th granchild, Isaiah Cole Van Liew (4 boys and 1 girl now).
Also, we had a blessed trip in Arizona with family.
Thank you Lord!

I would just like to praise God for sending us to Crosspoint. We moved to the Gadsden area about 3years ago and knew no one. I am so thankful that we have found a place where the Bible is truely being preached and where the pastor is not afraid to preach the truth. God is truely moving in our church! Thank you Brother Bruce for what you stand for and are not afraid to say...The Truth.
God has given me and my two girls a home that we can call our own. This is wonderful........we are so thankful...he opened all the doors,and blessed us tremedously......Thank you Jesus!
